미 소아과학회 소아과의사 생명윤리 신뢰 원칙

• 미 소아과 학회에서는 “소아과 의사들은 환아를 책임지고 진료하는 것은 물론이고 환아의 가족들, 다른 의사들과 그 사회에 대해서도 책임을 지고 진료해야한다” 규정하고 있다.
• 소아과 의사는 다음과 같이 진료하라고 한다.
• 정직하고 원만하고 완전해야 한다
• 신뢰할 수 있고 책임감이 있어야 한다.
• 타인들을 존경해야 한다.
• 동정심이 있고 타인의 감정을 알아야 한다.
• 스스로 계속 성장하는 인간 의사가 되어야 한다.
• 자신을 알고 자기에게 한정성이 있다는 것을 인정해야 한다.
• 상호 의사소통을 잘하고 상호 협조해야한다.
• 남을 사랑하고 남들의 옳은 주장을 옹호하는 소아과 의사가 되라고 권장한다.

• 자녀가 빵을 달라고 할 때는 돌을 주지 않습니다.
• 자녀가 생선을 달라고 할 때 독뱀을 주지 않습니다.
• 우리 의사들은 항상 좋은 빵과 좋은 생선을 환아에게 주려고 최선을 다합니다.
• 환자들의 건강과 안녕을 위해서 봉사하기 위해서 서 있습니다.

Pediatrician Bioethics Trust Principle

• The American Academy of Pediatrics stipulates that “Pediatricians should not only take care of and treat the child, but also take responsibility for the child’s family, other doctors, and society.”

• Your pediatrician advises you to treat as follows.

• Be honest, amicable and complete.

• Be reliable and responsible.

• Respect others.

• Be compassionate and aware of the feelings of others.

• Be a human doctor who continues to grow on your own.

• Know yourself and accept that you have limitations. • We must communicate well and cooperate with each other.

• Encourage them to be pediatricians who love others and advocate for others’ right arguments. (Source; Pediatric News, December 2007. p 5)

 Our doctors always treat patients like this.

• Do not give stones when your child asks for bread.

• Do not give poison snakes when your child asks for fish.

• Our doctors always do their best to give our children good bread and good fish.

• We stand to serve the health and well-being of our patients.
