신생아 사망(신생아의 사망), Newborn infant death

•  ① 태아나, 신생아의 이름을 지어 준다. 

   ② 사망하기 전 분노를 적절히 표출한다. 

   ③ 울고 싶으면 실컷 운다. 

   ④ 전문가나 일가친지 또는 친구를 만나서 진지한 대화를 통해 괴로운 점을 토로한다. 

   ⑤ 사망 전 살아 있는 동안 안아주고 뽀뽀해준다. 

   ⑥ 이름을 지어주고 그 이름을 싫건 부른다. 

   ⑦ 비비고 키스하고 안아주고 허그해 준다. 

   ⑧ 주사치료, 인공호흡기 치료, 배뇨 카세타 치료 등을 받고 있는 신생아라도 부모가 안아주고 싶은 만큼 안아주고 만져주고 싶은 만큼 만져서 신체적 접촉사랑을 많이 해주도록 의사나 간호사는 도와주어야 한다.

   ⑨ 부모가 아기에게 우유병으로 먹일 수 있으면 부모가 직접 먹이기도 하고 때로는 빈 젖이라도 빨려 모유수유도 해준다. 

   ⑩ 아기에 관한 질문이 있으면 의사에게 서슴지 말고 묻는다. 

   ⑪ 주치의 이 외 다른 의사로부터 대진을 받고 싶으면 서슴지 말고 주치의에게 다른 의사의 대진을 요구한다.  다른 병원에 가서 치료를 받고 싶으면 서슴지 말고 그 가능성에 주치의와 상의한다. 

   ⑫ 사망한 후 가능하면 시체해부를 해서 사망의 원인을 알아본다. 

   ⑬ 가족 친지 때로는 교회를 통해서 장사를 지낸다. 

   ⑭ 성인이 사망한 후 묘석을 세우는 것과 같이 태아나 신생아가 사망한 후에도 묘석을 세운다.

  Newborn infant death

  The author introduces in detail how great the impact of newborn death on parents is.

  • o As a pediatrician, he wrote in detail about the ninjutsu dealing with newborn babies when they were at the crossroads of life and death and the ninjutsu dealing with their parents at that time.

  o In particular, our pediatricians, as well as nurses, should treat newborn babies at the crossroads of life and death with love and ninjutsu.

  o Parents and relatives who have such a newborn baby should truly understand that they are in the most difficult and sad situation and should help them comfortably with love, affection and sympathy.

  o After birth, you are born prematurely so that you can’t grow and develop in the world, or you are born with a complex, serious and incurable malformation that makes you unable to live in this world any longer, you suffer from an incurable disease, or are still born for some other reason. Even when the time is right, doctors and nurses should inform parents that they are in a position to comfort parents and relatives who have such unborn babies or newborns.

  o This topic is one of the most important ninjutsu.

  o Even when parents who have lost a young child are in this position, many doctors, especially pediatricians and medical professionals, even family members, friends and clergy are often unable to adequately assist parents in such a situation.

  o When an abortion, stillbirth, death of a fetus or newborn, or a child child dies, great efforts must be made to fully understand the mind of the parent.

  o When a fetus or newborn dies, it will be helpful for parents to refer to this tragic situation appropriately and well.

  ① Name the fetus or newborn baby.

  ② Appropriately express anger before death.

  ③ If you want to cry, cry hard.

  ④ Meet with a professional, family member, or friend and talk about your difficulties through a serious conversation.

  ⑤ Before death, hug and kiss while alive.

  ⑥ Give him a name and call him or her by name.

  ⑦ Rub, kiss, hug, and hug.

  ⑧ Even if a newborn baby is receiving injection treatment, ventilator treatment, or voiding caseta treatment, doctors and nurses should help parents to hug as much as they want to hug and to give as much physical contact love as they want to touch. ⑨ If parents can feed their baby with a bottle of milk, the parents directly feed them, and sometimes even suck on empty milk and breastfeed them.

  • 소아과 전문의로서 갓 태어난 신생아가 생사의 기로에 서 있을 때 그 아기를 대하는 인술과 그때 그런 부모를 대하는 인술에 대해 상세히 저술했다.
    • 특히 우리 소아과 전문의들은 물론, 간호사는 생사의 기로에 있는 갓 태어난 신생아를 사랑과 인술로 대해주어야 한다. 
    • 그런 신생아를 가진 부모 가족 친지들은 가장 괴롭고 슬픈 처지에 있다는 것을 진정으로 이해해주고 사랑, 애정과 동정으로 편안하게 도와 줘야한다. 
    • 태어난 후 세상에서 도저히 성장 발육할 수 없을 정도로 미숙 신생아로 태어나거나 복잡하고 위중하고 완치 불가능한 기형을 가지고 태어나서 이 세상에서 더 이상 살아 갈 수 없다든지 불행하게도 치료가 불가능한 병을 앓고 있거나 무슨 다른 이유로 사산됐을 때도 의사나 간호사는 그런 태아나 신생아를 가진 부모와 가족 친척들을 위로해 줄 수 있는 입장에 서 있다는 것을 부모들에게 알려야 한다.
    • 이런 주제는 너무도 중요한 인술 중 하나이다. 
    • 어린 자녀를 잃은 부모가 이런 입장에 처해 있는데도 많은 의사나 특히 소아과 전문의나 의료인들 심지어는 가족, 친지, 성직자가 그런 처지에 있는 부모를 적절히 도와주지 못할 때가 많다. 
    • 낙태나 사산, 태아나 신생아가 사망했을 때, 또는 소아 자녀가 사망했을 때 그의 부모의 마음을 충분히 잘 이해해주는데 많이 노력해야 한다. 
    • 태아나 신생아가 사망했을 때 부모가 이런 비극적인 처지를 적절히 잘 해결할 수 있게 도와주는 데 참고하면 도움이 될 것이다.
