• 안녕하세요. 남편이 장기출장중이라 독일에 머물고 있습니다.
• 출장이 끝날 쯤엔 아기가 생후 2달이 좀 넘어서인데.. 걱정이 되어서 문의를 드립니다.
• 주의할 사항이 있을 듯한데.. 어떤 것인지 알고 싶습니다. 또 귀 고막 등에 이상이 생길 가능성이 있는지.. 등..걱정이 이만 저만이 아닙니다. 조언 부탁드립니다. 참고적으로 비행시간이 16시간 정도로 알고 있습니다. 2개월 된 아기에게 어떤 예방접종을 해야 하는지요? 수고하세요.

해외로 여행갈 때나 이민 갈 때 예방 접종기록카드를 갖고 한다. 여행자 설사 등 감염병에 걸리지 않게 예방 조치를 적절히 취 한다.

• 생후 1주일 전까지 B형 간염 예방접종과 BCG 백신, 생후 2개월에 1차 DTaP, 히브백신 Bib, PCV, 소아마비 IPV, 생후 1~2개월에 2차 B형 간염 예방접종을 해주면 됩니다.
• 권장하는 예방 접종의 종류, 맞는 시기 등은 나라에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
• 의사의 지시에 따라 (부모도 반의사가 되어야 한다–소아가정간호백과
• 제 2권 소아청소년 질병 및 안전사고 예방–감염병 예방접종을 참조)예방접종을 해주시기 바랍니다.
• 예방접종 기록카드를 지참하시고 충분한 기저귀, 체온계, 사용한 기저귀를 담을 가방, 따뜻한 담요, 충분한 옷, 필요한 전화번호, 특히 단골 소아과 의사의 전화 번호, 모유를 먹이지 않으면 깨끗한 우유병, 충분한 인공영양 등을 가지고 가십시오.

• Hello. My husband is on a long business trip, so he is staying in Germany.

• By the end of the business trip, the baby is just over 2 months old. I am concerned about this.

• There seems to be a caveat… I’d like to know what it is. Also, I’m not the only one worried about whether there is a possibility of something wrong with the eardrum, etc.. Please advise. For reference, the flight time is about 16 hours. What vaccinations should my 2-month-old baby get? work hard.

• Good question. The more information you know about your child’s age, gender, past medical history, family history, examination findings, and clinical tests, the more helpful it is to give you an answer.

• We will give you an answer based on the information you provide.

• You don’t have to worry about your eardrums rupturing and hurting.

• Hepatitis B vaccination and BCG vaccine before 1 week of age, 1st DTaP, HIV vaccine Bib, PCV, polio IPV at 2 months of age, and 2nd hepatitis B vaccination at 1 to 2 months of age.

• Recommended types of vaccinations and timing of vaccinations may differ from country to country.

• As directed by the doctor (Parents must also become AT LEAST HALF-physicians – Encyclopedia of Pediatric and Family Nursing)

• Please get vaccinated (refer to Volume 2, Prevention of Diseases and Safety Accidents in Children and Adolescents – Infectious Disease Vaccination).

• Bring an immunization record card and provide enough diapers, a thermometer, a bag to hold used diapers, a warm blanket, enough clothing, necessary phone numbers, especially the phone number of a regular pediatrician, clean milk bottles if not breastfeeding, and sufficient artificial nutrition. Take it with you.
