아펙과 피부질환, Apec (Asymmetric periflexural exanthem of childhood) and skin rash

원인은 확실히 모른다.
파라인플루엔자바이러스 감염이나 아데노바이러스 감염 등으로 생긴다고 추정한다.
이 병은 생후 6개월~5세 영유아들에게 주로 생기고
겨울철과 봄철에 더 잘 생긴다.
직경 1~3mm 되는 붉은 구진성 피부 발진이 서로 멀리 떨어져 나다가 그 피부 발진들이 성홍열 발진과 비슷한 사포형 발진이나 아토피성 피부염의 피부 발진과 비슷한 발진으로 변한다.
이러한 피부 발진은 2~6주 동안 계속된다.
열, 상기도 염, 구토, 설사, 림프절 비대 등의 전신성 증상 징후가 함께 있을 수 있다.
이런 피부 발진이 처음에는 몸통의 한쪽에만 나다가 나중에는 겨드랑, 팔꿈치의 앞쪽, 무릎의 뒤쪽(슬부), 몸통 쪽으로 퍼진다.
병력, 증상, 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 진단한다.
관찰적 치료를 한다.
