• 사춘기 아이들은 1일 적어도 60분 정도 중등도 내지 중도로 육체적 운동을 하는 것이 적절하다고 한다. 
• 연구에 의하면 9세 아이들은 평균 3시간 동안 주 중에 그리고 주말에 중등도 내지 중도로 육체적 활동을 하는 것을 권장한다. 
• 그리고 15세 아이들은 주 중에는 49분, 주말에는 35분 동안 중등도 내지 중도로 육체적 활동을 권장한다. 
• 그러나 사춘기 아이들이 31% 정도만 주 중에 권장한 만큼 육체적 활동을 하고 주말에는 단 17% 정도만 육체적 활동을 한다고 한다. 
• 적절한 육체적 활동 양의 부족으로 사춘기 아이들에게 비만증이 더 많이 생긴다고 한다. (출처-Journal watch pediatrics and adolescent medicine)

• It is said that it is appropriate for adolescents to get at least 60 minutes of moderate to moderate physical exercise a day.

• Research recommends that 9-year-olds get an average of three hours of moderate to moderate physical activity during the week and on weekends.

• And 15-year-olds are encouraged to engage in moderate to moderate physical activity for 49 minutes on weekdays and 35 minutes on weekends.

• However, only 31% of adolescents reported that they were physically active during the week and only 17% were physically active on the weekends.

• Adolescents are more likely to develop obesity due to lack of adequate amounts of physical activity. (Source – Journal watch pediatrics and adolescent medicine)
